How can I get in contact with your company?

Please email us at customerservice@princessredjewelry.com or princessredjewelry@gmail.com. Or call/text us at 778-201-4418. Phones are answered between 10am-6pm (PDT) Monday - Fridayand 10 am - 4pm (PDT) Saturdays. Sundays and Statutory phones and emails will not be answered. 

How do I know what size ring to order?

If you do not already know what size you are or are ordering for someone else, send us an email at customerservice@princessredjewelry.com and we will send you out a ring sizer free of cost. You can use it on your finger or with another ring to find the size. Most rings can be sized, however if you order an eternity ring (entire band of stones) or some men’s rings made out of alternatives metal cannot be sized due to construction and the design. If you are unsure if your ring can be sized, send us an email or call us, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I know I am receiving what I ordered?

All of our jewelry is inspected before we send it out to ensure that item you ordered is what you are receiving.  We are happy to communicate with you regarding your purchase to ensure it is what you envision.

 

Why is your jewelry cheaper than traditional jewelry stores?

We are able to offer our jewelry at a lower cost then some of the retail stores as we do not have a store front and don’t need to carry a large stock on hand.  This corresponds to savings for you as the customer.

We also are striving to make jewelry accessible and affordable for all budgets.
