Returns and Refunds
At Princess Red Jewelry we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied.
Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
To initiate a refund please email customerservice@princessredjewelry.com.
There is no exchange/refund on earrings, custom orders, or any pieces engraved.
Please be aware that certain jewelry such as eternity rings and special metals such as tungsten are unable to be sized, due to the construction of the ring.
If a refund is initiated we will send you a return label for you to return the item to us. The return label for you to send us back the jewelry will be at no cost (limit 2 complementary refunds per year).
When the item is received, we will send you an email to confirm the item is in our possession. It will be checked by our quality assurance team. We will not accept any returns if jewelry shows signs of wear, tampering, sizing or altered. You will be contacted within 10 business days from the first email confirming that the refund/exchange is complete. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Returns will be processed the same way that payment was received. If you are requesting an exchange we will send you an email confirming that the exchange can move forward and we will work with you to ensure that the new item is everything you want.
